Can Fresh Healthy Eating/Paleo Improve Health?
According to Diane Sanfilippo of Practical Paleo, eating Paleo can improve our health.
Her diet is gluten-free because many people have difficulty digesting grains well.
Sanfilippo discusses the foods on the Paleo diet and she suggests adjusting WHAT we eat for 30 DAYS.
Because of our unhealthy eating patterns, by adjusting what we eat for 30 days, we will give our bodies time to heal. The healing is necessary in order to determine the foods our body can handle.
One of her goals is to determine what foods our body has difficulty digesting.
Once healed, food can be reintroduced into our diet. As each new food is reintroduced, we will discover how our body responds to each added food.
This is an excellent way to determine what our body is/isn’t sensitive to.
