Build Muscle and Lose Fat
How does the idea of spending an hour on a treadmill sound?
Boring is a word that comes to my mind. The thought of doing the same exercise, day after day, over and over, does not appeal to me.
Ok, how about a different cardio exercise – elliptical, rowing machine, stairclimber? Nope, that doesn’t do it for me either.
Well, I have good news!
Spending endless hours doing cardio is not the best way to lose weight and get a toned body.
What if I suggested 20 minutes a day, 3 times a week?
To me, that is much more reasonable and sounds like something I could commit to. How about you?
In the video below, Dr. Michael Van explains how this is possible and how doing something called High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) will help us lose 7 times more fat than steady-paced cardio.
It will also help to increase our muscle mass, and we all know, more muscle means higher metabolism and more fat loss.
However, in building that muscle mass, our body needs to convert undigested protein in our gut to muscle.
We need ENZYMES to do this.
If we don’t have enough enzymes to convert protein to muscle (and as we age our enzymes go down) our muscle development will be slowed.
We can achieve better results by combining HIIT with an enzyme supplement.
We can make sure our muscle development is at its peak and even accelerate our results.
In this video, the American Academy of Sports Medicine leads a 12-week study. The results will surprise you.
Here’s to a new and healthier you!
