Melon Berry Hydration Smoothie

When you eat watermelon you are getting 90% water and a high amount of potassium. This is ideal for hydrating the bottom and optimum muscle function.  Try this smoothie bowl to make sure you stay hydrated.

1 Cup Watermelon

1 Cup Frozen Raspberries

3/4 Cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tsp. lime juice

1 tsp. honey

1 tsp. fresh ginger

1 tbsp. chopped pistachios

1 tbsp. cacao nibs

2 mint leaves (if desired)

Blend first 6 ingredients together and mint (if desired).  Pour into a chilled bowl and top with pistachios and cacao nibs.
